Venue and Accomodations
The meeting is at the Durham Convention Center in Durham, North Carolina. Our local host is the Renaissance Computing Institute (RENCI).
Small blocks of rooms have been reserved at the following hotels:
Durham Marriott City Center—A block of rooms is available at the GSA Per Diem Rate of $99/night. The hotel is attached to the convention center. Guest will have 24 hours before arrival to cancel their reservations without any charges. Make your reservations here.
21c - For individual reservations, please call the hotel reservations desk directly at 919-956-6700. Please supply your group name (Federation of Earth Science Information Partners) and any special requests that may be needed. Reservations must be made by the cut-off date of Saturday, June 18, 2016. After this date, additional reservation requests will be honored based upon availability and prevailing rate.
Aloft are also offering the GSA per diem rate of $99/night. Aloft is a few block walk from the Convention Center.
HB2
